Iris has been involved in the world of real estate for over 10 years. Iris brings an extensive background in investment and project management to strategically meet her client’s needs. Iris migrated to the United States seeking a higher education and way of life. Iris graduated from Herbert H. Lehman College where she received a baccalaureate in computing and management. Following this, her passion for real estate kept growing, therefore, Iris invested in her very first multi-family property in 2002. Years later, she decided to extend her portfolio and invest in several properties in Rochester, New York. Having a hand in all the fine details, Iris attended auctions, supervised and managed all property work.
Simultaneously, she communicated with key players in the business including contractors, agents, and potential tenants. “Understanding what being client-side entails is the key to success,” says Iris, who continuously strives to keep the client’s point of view and priorities at the forefront of her business.
Iris is also a project manager with an investment background making her skill set diverse as well as unique. In addition, Iris speaks both Spanish and English. As a global citizen with an endless passion for the evolving world of real estate, especially in today's market, Iris brings a spirit and attitude to Christie's International Real Estate that makes her more than just an agent—she's a “true fighter” when it comes to finding success for her clients.
