Betty started in the mortgage industry in 1983 while still in college, where she earned a degree in Economics. Her career has covered many facets of the industry, affording her a broader knowledge of the business. Her extensive knowledge serves her clients well and ensures that her clients always have a full understanding of their options and process. Access to over 40 lenders allows her to not only be competitive with rates but also offer custom fit programs to her clients.
Outside of business, Betty lives in Northern Westchester with her husband, dog and evil cat. She is the proud parent of a daughter in the health field and a son, in the United States Army, currently in Flight School.

Howard Kleinberg has been originating residential mortgages since 1990. Howard specializes in FHA, Conventional and VA purchase loans, 203K rehab loans, and refinances. His extensive knowledge gives him the ability to make complex situations work for the needs of his clients. Howard also specializes in reverse mortgages, by working collaboratively with a licensed geriatric social worker to assist in planning for long-term care needs. Whether it is to purchase your first home, remodel your current home, or help your aging loved ones stay at home, Howard is here to help you.
Howard has the experience, knowledge, and education to help you determine the right loan program that best suits your financial situation. Howard received his BA from the University at Albany. He continues to constantly evolve with the ever-changing mortgage industry. He has been married for over 25 years and has three children. Howard is an active member of the community and has coached youth football since 2006. He participates in a number of philanthropic endeavors, including but not limited to, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
