Antonette Tapangan is a dedicated and results-driven professional with over 28 years of combined experience across manufacturing, customer service, and real estate support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Jose-Recoletos and began her career with a leading manufacturing company, where she spent 19 years advancing through various roles, including Operator Setter, Encoder, Junior Physical Auditor, and ultimately Industrial Engineer/Supervisor.
Following her manufacturing career, Antonette transitioned into the BPO industry, where she spent 3 years as a Call Center Agent specializing in customer service and technical support. For the past 6 years, she has worked as a Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on real estate cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and client outreach. She also has experience handling administrative tasks and social media management.
